An MVRDV designed residential and office building with a market hall underneath, located in Rotterdam. The building was opened on October 1, 2014. Check the entire inner face which is covered with Horn of Plenty, an 11,000 m² artwork, which depicts the products on sale on the market below in a greatly magnified form.




The horseshoe shaped building contains 200 apartments, each with a window overlooking the market. On the ground floor of the horseshoe are shops and restaurants. The arch covers a public space of 120 x 70 m. and a height of 40 m.
